Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data FaxPrices.app ("we", "us", "our") collects, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. By using the site you agree to the practices described here. We do not sell your personal data.
Who is responsible
FaxPrices.app is operated independently and is the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy question, to withdraw consent, or to exercise your rights, email hello@faxprices.app.
What we collect
- Browsing data. You can read the site without an account. Our host and the third-party services below receive standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view.
- Cookies and similar technologies. With your consent, we and our advertising and analytics partners store and read cookies and similar identifiers on your device (see below).
- Contact form. If you message us, we receive the name, email and message you submit so we can reply.
- Affiliate clicks. When you click a "Visit Website" link to certain providers, the provider or its affiliate network may record the referral to attribute any commission.
Cookies and consent
We use two kinds of cookies. Essential cookies are needed to deliver and secure the site and are always active. Advertising and analytics cookies — set by Google (see below) — are only used after you consent via Google's cookie consent message. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown this message on their first visit, and until a choice is made everything except essential cookies stays disabled by default (Google Consent Mode).
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Rejecting them does not stop you from using the site.
Advertising — Google AdSense
We show ads through Google AdSense. You should know that:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices, or, in the EEA/UK, at youronlinechoices.eu.
- Where you have not consented, ads (if shown) are limited to non-personalized ads, which use cookies only for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention.
Google's handling of data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Analytics — Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are popular) so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as a randomized identifier, IP address (used to derive approximate location and then shortened/anonymized by Google) and on-site activity. We do not use Analytics to identify you personally. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Who we share data with
We share data with the service providers that make the site work: Netlify (hosting and form delivery), Google (AdSense advertising and Analytics), and, when you click an affiliate link, the destination provider or its affiliate network. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Google and Netlify may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that applies, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis and retention
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for advertising and analytics cookies; our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for essential cookies and server logs; and the handling of your request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) for contact messages. You may withdraw consent at any time. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and log data for a limited period for security. Google retains advertising and analytics data according to its own retention settings and policies.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased, or restrict or object to its processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email hello@faxprices.app.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
